Below are the quick answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

How do I make a reservation?

We provide a wide range of options to make a reservation with us. You can make
reservation via our website, social media pages, emails, WhatsApp or straight calls.

Can I reserve a particular vehicle?

We have various models of vehicles; however, we are unable to guarantee specific
make, model, or color.

How can I get a discount?

You may qualify for a discount based on the period of your reservation and how
frequent you rent from us.

What do I need to rent a car?

KarJoe Car Rental requires all customers to meet the minimum age requirement,
present a valid driver’s license, a valid charge card, or cash for rental.
The driver’s license must be valid at the time of rental and throughout the rental
period. All drivers MUST meet KarJoe requirement.

Is there an age requirement for renters?

Yes. You must be 21 years or older in order to operate the KarJoe vehicle.

Can I add an additional driver to my rental agreement?

You can add an additional driver to your contract, free of charge. In order for us to add the additional driver, they must meet KarJoe Car Rental requirements, and a driver’s license be presented.

Do I need to refuel the KarJoe vehicle before returning it?

It’s our policy to provide renters with a minimum of a quarter tank of fuel in the
vehicle. We recommend that you refuel the KarJoe car before returning it because a refueling service fee will be applied which will be more expensive than the gas pump.

Am I responsible for parking tickets and traffic violation?

Drive safely and observe all road codes. Rental customers are responsible for
payment of any tolls, parking, and moving traffic violations.

How do I need to extend my rental.

Please contact KarJoe Car Rental within 6-24hrs before the original rental period
expires. Please be aware that any changes to your original rental may impact your
rate.

What form of payment are accepted by KarJoe Car Rental?

We accept bank transfers and cash upon delivery.
 Banks accepted are as follows: CIBC, JnBank, Scotia Bank, and NCB.

What is the procedure in the case of an accident/damage to the motor vehicle?

First, call the police (119) for an emergency if you’re involved in an accident. Then, contact KarJoe Car Rental, based on the assessment an agreement will be made by the renter and KarJoe Car Rental.
Please note: it is a breach of contract to have the rental vehicle repaired on your
own. The renter is responsible for any and all loss or damage to the car resulting from any cause including but not limited to collision, rollover, theft, tire damage,
vandalism, medical condition, flood, fire, hurricane, or other acts of Nature.

How can I get a copy of a receipt from recent rental?

Upon making your reservation and payment is confirmed a receipt will be sent directly to your email address.

I forgot something in the KarJoe vehicle. Does KarJoe have a lost & found?
